Research changelog

Site-level changes to the CLCI Hub dataset, schema, and methodology. For per-group editorial changes (score adjustments, new entries, corrections), see /updates.

1. 21 May 2026

   Stage 10 — Hub-and-spoke architecture

   Added eight topical hub families (/start-here, /patterns, /recovery, /families, /children, /financial-control, /online-groups, /professionals) plus /reports landing and /research/data-dictionary, /research/methodology-limitations, /research/changelog. Hubs collate existing content via cross-links and add original framing prose; no per-group data changed.

   Stage 9 — Updates feed, persona homepage, glossary expansion

   Added /updates index + 4 sub-pages (/updates/scores, /updates/corrections, /updates/new-groups, /updates/merged-entries) driven by aggregated per-group changeLog[]. Homepage migrated to the 6-card persona gateway. Glossary expanded to 276 terms.

   QA + editorial backfill

   Added lastReviewed to every entry, cleaned up broken relatedGroups references, derived heuristic source-density flags from existing sources[] arrays, and added Stage-0/2 changeLog entries documenting the score-band migration and canonical-cluster consolidation. Advisory audit findings dropped from 327 to 23.

   Stage 8 — Research hub + comparison explainers + score/confidence/status indexes

   Added /research and 8 research sub-pages, 16-entry data/comparisons.ts with /compare/[slug] + /compare/examples gallery, dynamic /scores/[band], /confidence/[level], /status/[status] indexes, and prebuild research exports (public/data/groups.csv, groups.json, changelog.json).

   Stage 7 — Resource directory enrichment

   Enriched RecoveryResource schema (audience, topics, languages, emergency, faithSpecific, onlineAvailable, cost, noAffiliate, lastChecked) and added 8 collection pages under /resources/[collection].

   Stage 6 — Interactive tools + safe mode

   Added 5 client-side tools (/tools/leaving-plan-builder, loved-one-conversation-planner, evidence-documentation-checklist, group-risk-snapshot, resource-finder), Safe Mode + Quick Exit, and a 16th guide on digital safety. All tools deterministic and offline.

   Stages 4–5 — Tactic hubs, guides, country hubs, category hubs

   Added 31 tactic profiles (data/tactics.ts → /tactics/[slug]), 16 practical guides (data/guides.ts → /guides/[slug]), 13 country help hubs (data/country-help.ts → /help/[country]), and 15 category hubs (data/category-hubs.ts → /categories/[slug]).

   Stage 3 — Group profile UX redesign

   Added GroupHeaderChips, EvidenceMatrix, RiskBadges, RelatedEntities, SafetyDisclaimerCard, SeparationRationaleCallout, ChangeHistoryStrip to /groups/[slug]. Surfaced canonical/alias relationships and confidence/lastReviewed status.

   Stage 2 — Canonical/alias data layer

   Added entityType, parentEntityId, canonicalEntityId, relatedEntityIds[], successorEntityIds[], predecessorEntityIds[], separationRationale fields. Consolidated 8 known duplicate clusters with alias_redirect entries and Netlify 301 redirects.

    Stages 0–1 — Score-band migration + trust/methodology pages

    Migrated from 4-band score scheme (Low / Moderate / High / Extreme) to 5-band (Minimal 0–5 / Low 6–12 / Moderate 13–20 / High 21–30 / Extreme 31–40). Added /methodology index + 6 sub-pages (source-hierarchy, scoring-appeals, living-persons, score-updates, bite-model, confidence-levels).
