Submit a candidate group
Tell us about a group, movement, or community we should research for possible CLCI inclusion. Submissions are reviewed against the public-source threshold; we do not auto-publish.
What to include
- Group name and any known aliases.
- Country, region, and general category.
- Public website if one exists.
- At least one public source — news article, court record, academic paper, documentary, or book. Without sources we cannot research the entry.
- A brief explanation of why you think the group fits CLCI's remit.
- Whether you have a personal connection to the group (context only).
Two ways to submit
Open a GitHub issue
Public, trackable, with template prefilled. Best route if you are comfortable with GitHub.
Email research@clcihub.com
Private route, template prefilled in your email client.
What we will not accept
- Submissions targeting private individuals rather than groups or movements.
- Submissions based on rumour or unverifiable testimony.
- Submissions intended as harassment of named members.
- Submissions about ongoing family disputes where no broader group is involved.
- Submissions about mainstream organisations whose only "crime" is having a religious or political viewpoint you disagree with.
If you are submitting about your own organisation
If you represent an organisation and want to provide a public response or request correction of an existing entry, use /right-of-reply or /corrections rather than this form.
